Questionnaire Presentation

The Edinburgh University questionnaire received an overwhelming response – more than 1,100 usable respondents, 700+ autistic ones. Valeria Garau will be reporting on the results in a poster presentation on the 13th of July between 13:00 and 13:45 BST at the Autistica Research Festival (which runs from the 11th-15th of July). Note that many in the autistic community have serious misgivings about Autistica, but this online conference is free to attend. The presentation should be freely available afterwards, and we will update this site when possible.

The results of the questionnaire are very interesting, and the simple fact that a Masters student got 1,100 responses for quite an involved project, in about three and a half weeks, is truly remarkable. Fergus spoke about why this happened:
